About Carolina

“The practice of yoga, meditation, mindful movements and breathwork showed me the importance of opening and diving through the doors to our inner world.”

Who am I?

I think this is a question where we mostly don’t find one ‘fixed’ answer to because there are so many versions of ourselves and we are here to find answers to this simple question – and the answers reside within us and everyone who crosses our ways – The practice of yoga, meditation, mindful movements and breathwork showed me the importance of opening and diving through the doors to our inner world in order to understand, deal with and empathize with us and the outer world, that beautiful world that surrounds us and where we create our life experiences.

About me

My name is Carolina and I am teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2022 with the intention to help us find and work on our body-mind-soul connection, develop a way to open up to our daily challenges in life and integrate an individual and suitable approach towards ourselves.

It’s been years that I have been working in the area fitness, nutrition and mental health – not only as a yoga teacher but starting my journey as a personal fitness coach. Since the years passed, I also had the opportunity to dive into other completely different areas: I did my career and studies specializing on international economics and human resources. For a few years I have been working in companies as Human Resources Manager in Germany and Spain. After moving to the Canary Islands and still working in a company I felt the urge to change some things and come back to what I felt was my essence. I never stopped practicing yoga and working on my personal and spiritual development in different ways. It took me a few years to realize that even though I am not ‘perfect’, not enlightened, still have fears and so on, I can still help, motivate, inspire, impact, encourage….my friends, family, even unknown people to find a way to (re-)connect with/to themselves, their body, their essence and being which on the other hand helps, motivates, inspires, impacts, encourages me to keep on growing on this path, making it more accessible for the ones that also feel the urge to change some things, connect with their body and mind and are looking towards creating an individual way to establish a healthy and balanced routine.

Move toward a more centered you.
