But first let me tell you who I am and how it started, how it’s going and what’s my purpose to connect with you.
This place is a place of evolution, growth, mindfulness, healing, transformation and integration where we work on your daily body-mind-&-soul-connection. We all have different approaches to get in touch with our inner world, we all look for or get to know, develop and make use of certain ‘tools’ in order to get to understand ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, our energies, our personalities, our minds, our surroundings etc. — Here I want to share my “tools”, spiritual practice, experiences and interact with you, support you and help each other in some way, exchange knowledge and/or simply practice yoga together.

About Carolina
Who am I?
I think this is a question where we mostly don’t find one ‘fixed’ answer to because there are so many versions of ourselves and we are here to find answers to this simple question – and the answers reside within us and everyone who crosses our ways – The practice of yoga, meditation, mindful movements and breathwork showed me the importance of opening and diving through the doors to our inner world in order to understand, deal with and empathize with us and the outer world, that beautiful world that surrounds us and where we create our life experiences.
